Sean Simon has served the citizens of Harris County Precinct 4 for nearly 20 years with the Harris County Precinct 4 Constable’s Office, currently serving as a Sergeant and building a career rooted in fairness, integrity, and community service.
In addition to his law enforcement experience, he has spent more than 10 years teaching criminal justice at the community college level, mentoring and educating future public servants. Through both service and education, Sean has developed a deep understanding of the justice system and the real-world challenges faced by the people it serves.
These experiences have shaped Sean Simon’s belief that justice should be clear, respectful, and centered on people. Too often, individuals leave Justice of the Peace court feeling confused, disrespected, or overwhelmed, with unnecessary delays adding to their stress. Sean is running to restore trust in the JP court by delivering fair, accessible, and common-sense justice—justice that respects the community, protects the most vulnerable, and ensures every person is treated with dignity and fairness.
